We are excited to introduce this second edition of our monthly publication that will highlight benefits offered to FirstLight Health System employees. This publication highlights FirstLight’s PERA benefit. PERA is offered to FirstLight employees unless you are a full time student under the age of 23 or if you are actively collecting a PERA pension. All other employees are automatically enrolled in this wonderful benefit.
