MyFitnessPal/Invest

Please see important information below regarding an upgrade to connectivity with MyFitnessPal for staff who are currently enrolled in the Invest Wellness program:

 The My Health Rewards portal will be upgrading the connection with MyFitnessPal on December 7, 2021 which requires all members using MyFitnessPal to reconnect in order to continue syncing data.  Both the My Health Rewards and Invest portals will have an announcement card this week with this information, along with a calendar event on 12/7 reminding member to reconnect MyFitnessPal to their account. On Dec. 7th a banner will display to all members on the devices & apps page notifying them to reconnect MyFitnessPal.  Self-serve articles have been created and are available in Zen Desk under the support tab in the portal and Virgin Pulse member services has been trained to assist members to reconnect.  Contact Virgin Pulse at medica.support@virginpulse.com or 1-833-450-4074 for support.    Below is a link to a PDF document explaining how to connect MyFitnessPal.
