Silent Auction

 

Get your department or a group of friends together & create a basket for the StarLight Committee Summer Silent Auction. All money raised will go back to you, FirstLight employees!

Please mark your calendars. The StarLight committee has booked the ballroom at the casino for January 20, 2018 for the next employee banquet!

Watch your mail for the 2017 Employee Annual Banquet Invitation.  RSVP’s are due January 9th. 

Instead of doing Christmas Tea this year, the Starlight Committee is throwing a 70th birthday bash for our home away from home, FirstLight Health System!

Please join us for a birthday party on December 21st in Meeting Rooms 1 & 2. The off-sites will have treats sent over that day as well. See you there!

With the chilly weather upon us, the Starlight committee is trying something new! We have recently ordered some samples from Lee’s Pro Shop and you will now have the opportunity to order as well using payroll deduction.

Please follow one of these steps to order:

1. Print the FirstLight Order form (pictured above) and the Payroll Deduction form  (your ID is your time card login number) and turn the forms into Michelle Volk in HR, Melissa Peterson in Materials, or Katie Koppy in Rehab/Marketing.
2.  You may also turn the forms in via email by printing, filling the forms out and scanning into your email. Then send to Katie Koppy kkoppy@welia.org, Michelle Volk mvolk@welia.org,  or Melissa Peterson mpeterson4@fl-hs.og.
