What are you excited about working at Welia Health? I'm excited to be an intern again for FirstLight, this time in a different department. I'm looking forward to learning more skills and meeting new people!

What are your hobbies?: I try to spend as much time as I can by the lake, whether it's just a walk on the shore or going out on the boat. I enjoy spending time with my friends and my family, no matter what we're doing. I work part time at a golf course, so I occasionally golf as well.

Position: Surgical Technologist

Background/Educations: New graduate from Rasmussen College with a degree in Surgical Technology. Born and raised on a farm and then moved on to continue that love of farming for ten years before I decided to go back to school and complete my CST degree.

What are you excited about working at Welia Health? I'm excited to rejoin the surgical team of Mora that I learned greatly from during my second rotation of externship and to continue to grow my skills as a surgical technologist.

Background/Educations: I graduated from Pine City High School in 2017, and I am currently attending the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN and majoring in biochemistry.

What are you excited about working at Welia Health? I am excited for the opportunity to work in a pharmacy setting, since I plan on going into pharmaceutical research. It will be a great chance to see if it is actually something I enjoy and can see myself doing in the future.

What are your hobbies?: I love spending time outside with family and friends: camping, hiking, fishing, swimming, and having bonfires are all awesome. I also really like reading for fun and learning new things in school.

What are you excited about working at Welia Health? Getting to know other health professionals and a new health system. The chance to build strong longitudinal relationships with pharmacists and patients since I am here for 15 weeks.
