Background/Educations: My undergraduate program was in exercise physiology at the College of St. Scholastica. I am currently attending the College of St. Scholastica to complete my doctorate of physical therapy. I went to elementary and high school in Pine City.

What are you excited about working at Welia Health? I am most excited about getting real world experience with experienced and knowledgeable physical therapists.

What are your hobbies?: My favorite hobby is ballroom and swing dancing. I also like doing almost anything outdoors. I enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, and running. I also enjoy getting comfy and reading a good book.

Background/Educations: Graduated from NDSU in 2016 with B.S. in Exercise Science. Worked at Twin Cities Orthopedics as a medical scribe for a year and a half while applying to PT schools. Currently attending University of Jamestown Physical Therapy program which is located in Fargo, ND.

What are you excited about working at Welia Health? I am excited to gain real-world experience and learn more about physical therapy in an inpatient setting.

Background/Educations: I am a 21 year retired US Air Force veteran with many years of experience serving a variety of customers through designing, optimizing, securing and administering systems and networks. I have worked with a wide range of technology - from giant room-filling mainframes to credit card size Raspberry Pi computers and the networks that connect them. Post military retirement, I have held IT management positions in healthcare, energy, transportation/logistics, retail and nonprofit organizations. I have a Master of Science Information Technology and a passion for all things IT.

What are you excited about working at Welia Health? Getting back into healthcare! My time at the hospital in Alaska was filled with many of the most exciting and rewarding experiences of my career.

What are your hobbies?: When I am not at work or thinking about work, I enjoy spending time with family on our pontoon boat in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter.

Background/Educations: I got into the medical field in the U.S. Army, being trained as a first response/ trauma medical technician. I served for ten years. Since that time, I have worked as an EMT for fire departments and hospitals. I work part-time as a jump medic for NASCAR. Work medics at sporting events. AAS degree Pikes Peak Community College - fire science. BAS degree Institution of fire engineers - fire engineering.
