What are you excited about working at Welia Health? Getting the opportunity to work with a variety of patient conditions and help treat the community while expanding my skills as a student.

What are your hobbies?: Playing sports especially basketball and golf, running, listening to music, and playing with my dog, Beau.

Employee Auction ~ ends on 10/10 at 9:00 a.m.

All the items are located in the hallway of the west wing of the old inpatient area and in rooms 2736 and 2738.  We would like all the winning items picked up by Sunday, October 20th.  Please complete a payroll deduction form and bring it to HR.

Trail of Terror Discounted Tickets

Click on the below link to purchase reduced tickets .  If you don’t have access to the website at work you will have to purchase the tickets on your phone or computer at home.

  • Go to the Trail of Terror Website: http://www.trailofterrormn.com
  • Select “Buy Tickets” button for mobile orders, or “Buy Tickets” clown in the upper right-hand corner for desktop orders.
  • Select the Online Corporate Consignment Program ticket option.
  • Enter Access Code:  FLHSYS19
  • Enter the amount of tickets you would like to receive.
  • Enter Payment Information.
  • Before you submit, you will be asked to enter your company name/access code.
  • Process Order.
  • Tickets will be emailed to the email address provided after order is completed.
  • General Trail of Terror Information
    • The Trail of Terror is open weekends in October. Fridays and Saturdays from October 11-October 26 and Sundays October 20 & October 27
    • Hours: Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00pm-12:30am and Sundays from 7:00pm-11:00pm
    • The Trail of Terror is open rain or shine and parking is always free!
    • Location: Minnesota Renaissance Festival grounds

Employee Picnic ~ Wednesday, October 2nd

Join us on Wednesday, October 2nd for an employee picnic at the Mora campus from 11:00 – 1:30.

Pine City and Hinckley – food will be delivered during the lunch hour.

Dinner will be served in the cafeteria from 4:00 – 6:30 p.m.   Food will be in the fridge for those working overnight.

Meet Kallie Baumgartner

Background/Educations: I am a 3rd year physical therapy student at the College of Scholastica. This will be my 3rd internship.
What are you excited about working at Welia Health? I had the opportunity to have my first internship at FirstLight Health System in Pine City. I am excited to be back in the area and work in the inpatient setting for this internship.
What are your three favorite movies? 1. Gone Girl 2. Guardians of the Galaxy 3. Lion King
What is your favorite color? Purple
Do you have a nickname? Kal
What are your hobbies?: I enjoy running, reading, baking, and traveling in my spare time.

Katlyn Lombard

Meet Katlyn Lombard
Position: OT Student

Background/Educations: I'm attending St. Catherine University in St. Paul for my masters of arts in occupational therapy. My undergrad is in psychology with a minor in statistics.
What are you excited about working at Welia Health? I've heard such great things about the rehab department and organization and am thrilled to be a part of such a great team. I'm also from Pine City and excited to be close to home.
What are your three favorite movies? 1. Star Wars: A New Hope 2. Thor 3. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
What is your favorite color? Yellow
Do you have a nickname? Katie or Kate
What are your hobbies?: I like to garden, bake, crochet, read, and do crafts. My husband and I also recently adopted a kitten.
