Background/Educations: I received my Bachelor Degree in Athletic Training from the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse. I currently am working full time at Chisago Lakes High School and will be a casual Athletic Trainer for Welia Health. I also am a Fitness instructor, not only working with the athletic population through performance camps but also the geriatric group - in which I love working with them. I also manage our Wellness facility.
What are you excited about working at Welia Health? I am excited to provide excellent patient care which is accomplished by a collaborative healthcare team. Our patients come first, and as a team we collaborate together to come up with the best customized care that reflects our patients' needs, values, and choices. I want our patients to leave feeling well cared for and supported by their healthcare team. I will enjoy meeting new people and building relationships! I enjoy being part of an individual's process, whether it is a lifestyle change or rehabilitation process. To be a part of one's journey to help them achieve their goal is a satisfying process! My patients and athletes continue to teach me new things every day and for that, I am grateful!
