Reason for Recognition? I’d like to recognize Matt for his great communication skills. He is always prompt and receptive to my emails and displays great team work.

Reason for Recognition? I went to have my employee blood draw this morning. I was over an hour early but was worried I wouldn't be able to make it at my appointment time. The lab staff was happy to draw my blood right away and did a great job...I hardly felt it. Thanks!

Reason for Recognition? Thank you for everything you do for our patients. I greatly appreciate your help with sending records for urgent referrals.

Reason for Recognition? We appreciated the meal you put on for us, your public. We enjoyed it so much. The food was excellent: the gifts of t-shirts and hand sanitizer were appreciated. THANK YOU ALL AGAIN!

Reason for Recognition? There were two family members of a patient that were waiting for the patient to come back and Deb took the time to get them a cup of coffee and bring it to the room for them. They were very pleased and Deb did a great job of visiting with them and making them feel comfortable. Great job Deb!

Reason for Recognition? I spoke with a patient today who has recently been diagnosed with cancer. She has some scary and important decisions to make and didn't feel like she'd been given enough information to make these decisions and feel confident about them. She has not seen Dr. Yeh yet but is scheduled to. Even without ever meeting this patient, Dr. Yeh called her at home at 9pm and spoke with her for 45 min. Because of this phone call the patient feels confident about the decisions she needs to make. She stated that Dr. Yeh went way above and beyond and she is so very appreciative that he has eased her mind!

Reason for Recognition? Thank you so much for all your hard work and extra time that you have put in due to Pine City Urgency Services opening up. It is very much appreciated and I couldn't have done it without all of you! Thank you again!

Reason for Recognition? Several community members came up to me at the East Central football game on Friday night with compliments for Lisa S, our athletic trainer. I was told that the sports teams are very grateful to have her expertise so easily accessible and that it has been a huge asset to the school!

Reason for Recognition? I just wanted to say thank you for showing me the ropes (clinic scheduling) that will help prepare me for the Urgency Services! Thanks a lot ladies!!
