A huge thank you to each and every single one of you for your support, coaching, and forgiveness as this week truly has been a learning experience at learning the call center.I have always been told growth is not easy, yet incredible things come from it. You have all proved that. The bond that has happened this week is real and strong and so grateful to be apart of our team, I will forever be grateful.

Reason for Recognition? A clinic patient went out of her way today to share with me what a blessed experience she and her husband have had so far since coming to FirstLight. The patient wanted to recognize and share what wonderful interdepartmental teamwork there is here and what a loving and caring environment it is. The patient states she really feels listened to and taken care of!!

Reason for Recognition? Thank you so much Jeanelle, you are always so willing to help. Thank you for going out of your way today to obtain medical records from another facility that had been faxed earlier but couldn't be found. You quickly went to work and obtained them for me just one hour before patient was to be seen. You're the best!

Reason for Recognition? I had a patient today who was so thankful for the great care her husband received while in outpatient services. She said everyone was so caring and helpful.

Reason for Recognition? "I want to say that Julie is the BEST! Since my husband's endocrinologist left and it would take almost a year to get in, I finally talked him into seeing Julie. He is on U-500 insulin. He learned more in that one session with Julie about his diabetes, use of his insulin, eating patterns, etc. and since then his blood sugars have improved a lot."
