Reason for Recognition? Katie went out of her way to find an umbrella and walk a few patients to their cars in the pouring rain.

Reason for Recognition? For her outstanding assistance with a patient needing help getting from one end of the hospital to the clinic. Your hard work is greatly appreciated!

Reason for Recognition? Patient came in to thank the staff in Pine City for the prompt and kind attention he received when he walked into the clinic yesterday unable to breathe. He was very appreciative of the kindness that he was shown. He lives in Grantsburg but thinks he will change his care to here.

Reason for Recognition? For standing by us when we were short staffed. She is truly an amazing boss. She is wonderful at her job. :)

When assisting a new mom fill out birth registration information she commented how nice everyone was here at FirstLight and how much more comfortable she and her husband felt when compared to the birth of their first child at "another area hospital." Your great work is noticed and appreciated!

Reason for Recognition? We would like to thank Scott Gallion and the Maintenance Department for moving our Pulmonary Function equipment on 5/3/16. They were able to move it in a short amount of time so our schedule was not interrupted. We appreciate that Scott stayed late so we were able to test right away the next morning.

Reason for Recognition? The best Mexican Cheesecake we've ever tasted. Gail your cheesecake was the highlight of our Nurse's week Cinco De Mayo Night. Thank you so much from all of the Nursing staff, Matt from Maintenance, and ER.
