- Discussion on Hospital Week and the events planned. Managers and Supervisors are asked to help out with the Community Picnic on Wednesday, May 14th along with at least two staff members from each department. Contact Erlene to sign up.
- We will be celebrating our improved HCAHPS Scores – they are up by 20+ percent with a free lunch and cake during hospital week. There will also be a banner in the dining room for employees to sign. It will be displayed at the Community Picnic.
- Volunteers are also needed to serve for the summer employee picnics. Watch for more information once they have been scheduled.
- Evaluations are almost all complete – Kim will be in contact with departments that still have
some to finish up.
STRATEGIC PLAN – EVIDENCE BASED LEADERSHIP/Randy Ulseth
- Randy reviewed the Strategic Plan 2015 – 2020. The FLHS Board reviewed the latest plan and approved it at the April Board meeting. Growth and establishing relationships with patients were key areas of the plan.
EVIDENCE BASED LEADERSHIP/Randy Ulseth
- Discussion and follow up on the offsite leadership meeting. Managers and supervisors shared thoughts about the meeting and discussed goals the organization wants to achieve.
- Consensus was to move forward and establish a relationship with the Studer Group for the development of our Evidence Based Leadership Program.
