Join the Employee Wellness walking challenge starting Monday, April 1st and Reach Your Peak!
Keep track of miles you walk or run during the month of April and “climb” to the peak of the tallest mountain on each continent for a total of 25.5 miles during the month! For each peak you reach, you get an entry into a GRAND PRIZE drawing for a $100 gift card for a new pair of walking or running shoes (max of 7 entries per person)!
As an added bonus, we are competing against Mora, Pine City, and Hinckley Schools’ staff to see which team can reach the most peaks during April! You can continue to climb all seven peaks if you reach Mount Everest before the month is over. The winning team gets bragging rights! ?
The Employee Wellness Committee wants to showcase our active employees by sharing progress throughout the month, so have fun and post selfies on the FirstLight Wellness Center Facebook page or send to wellnessemp@welia.org. Be sure to turn in the tear-off slips for each peak as you complete them to the Hospital Mail Room, Mora Clinic Break Room, or interoffice so we can compare to the schools’ staff progress throughout the month as well!
